What is the history and popularity of the app?

Socket was founded by Deversus in May of 2011. The application was established based around five main components, including the online quote form builder, instant quoting system, online payment processing, lead management and simple website integration tools. The creators worked to build a tool that would provide the right level of automation and flexibility to allow the end user to generate professional quotes that were also functional. Today, Socket offers up an enticing list of features that go beyond quote generation to include online payments, lead management tools and CRM integration protected by enhanced security features.

What are the differences to other apps?

Socket combines all the right elements to make its service appealing without becoming overwhelming. There are many competing services that offer users many of the same functions however these often offer too many or too few features. Socket balances things out by touching on lead management, reporting tools and online payments while providing convenient integration with many highly popular third party applications. The user can save time without wasting a great deal of time trying to learn the many features included with Socket. The application offers a neat little package that contains all the must-haves for a business that needs to generate and manage quotes.
